BOOK YOUR POLE ASSESSMENT

Just a few tips below before your first class at Risque Demeanor.

TIP 1: BOOKING IN

To book your classes, download the Gym Master APP (ios/andrioid) on your smartphone, search Risque Demeanor and pick your class. Alternatively, you can book via the TIMETABLE on our website or contact the studio.

If you are unable to make a class, we ask that you cancel at least 8 hours prior to class. You can do so via the app or through the website, otherwise please contact the studio directly on. Classes are forfeited if cancellations are made within the 8 hours prior to any class/course. We only offer make up sessions as part of our memberships.

TIP 2: PREP

WHAT TO WEAR

We generally recommend light and comfortable active-wear that won’t restrict your movement – leggings/bike shorts and a t-shirt/singlet are preferred. Majority of our classes are done with no shoes. Pole heels are only required for our chorey and dance based classes.

BRING

Items we suggest you bring include a water bottle and a sweat towel. We do have these items available for purchase at the studio also.

TIP 3: ARRIVE

Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early so you have plenty of time to familiarise yourself with our studio, settle in, meet the instructor and ask any questions you
may have before class starts.

TIP 4: RECOVER

Stretching is just as important as working out. If you can’t make it to one of our stretch classes or don’t have time to hang around and stretch after class, ensure that you take some time to do so at home. Muscle soreness is completely normal for a few days after your class – you’ve worked hard! Listen to your body and rest if you need too. Stay hydrated and keep your muscles warm.

COME BACK!

We don’t like to say goodbye, so make sure before you leave the studio you book into your next course/class. You’ll see most improvement if you take part in at least 2 classes per week. Speak to our staff for recommendations of additional classes you can choose.
