You’ll focus on shoulder stability, deep core control, glute activation and hip mobility, then layer in controlled strength patterns that translate directly to cleaner spins and safer inversions. Expect slow, precise reps, smart progressions and technique cues that restore balance where you’re overworking and build strength where you’re compensating.
