Build strength and flexibility in one session. You’ll spend 40 minutes on pole‑specific conditioning to fire up upper body, core and lower body, then 20 minutes in deep, targeted stretching to open shoulders, hamstrings and hips.
Designed to enhance control, prevent injuries and improve overall performance, this class helps you strengthen and lengthen for cleaner spins, smoother transitions and more confident movement. Perfect for all levels. Â
