Full Body Fit
The ultimate full body workout! Whatever you want to work on, we’ll add to the list. Every week is a different setup from circuit to a routine run class.
You will work on every part of your body using every kind of prop we have including bosu balls, stretch bands, weights, and so much more.
The best class for you if you want that summer body all year long.
A combination of yoga, Pilates and most of all ballet moves.
This class will vary from week to week from keeping it nice and subtle, to flowing, moving and most of all, we will get you sweating.
You will be working in slow but high reps so we can guarantee you to feel the burn.
Be sure to try this one out for a full body workout with the focus to be targeting those legs.
Pilates insures the use of the core at all times.
Activating your muscles throughout the entire class whilst isolating your muscles and creating movement through strength.
The workout consists of a variety of exercise sequences that are performed in low repetitions, along with warm up and cool down as well.
In this class you will learn to increase strength, flexibility, balance and most of all body awareness.
This class has been designed to help you progress your flexibility technique so you can perfect those splits.
For some, flexibility comes natural for others not so much. Whether you’re wanting to advance into an over split or just trying to stretch those hamstrings so you can begin to split, we will cater for all levels in this class.
Let us guide you through the techniques of active flexibility and static stretching to get a little bit deeper into those muscles and joints that help supports your splits.
A dynamic flowing class where you will move from pose to pose with your breath and awareness to build strength and flexibility.

An empowering class to explore aspects of ourselves through meditation, the breath, focus and movement in a nurturing and gentle way.
Stretch & Flex
The perfect flexibility class for all those bendy tricks and opening up those tight spots.
In this class, you will work on deeply relaxing the muscles, place some pressure on the connective tissue and fascia to allow for a deep opening of those tight muscles.
You will move from each pose, adding progressions to suit your own level and increase your range of motion in the joints.
Want more time to play and fine tune those moves?
Pole Play is the perfect time for you to improve those pole moves, play with your pole friends and take photos of your moves.
If it’s a bit more one on one attention you need, we’ll help get you to your pole goals quicker by creating a class tailored just for you, your level and your needs.
Whether it be trick specific, choreography, or strength & fitness, we will get you there faster whilst working on what you want to do in class.
